The company is registered with the concerned government authorities to undertake both international and domestic business. Originally headquartered in Bahir Dar, the company relocated to Addis Ababa in July 2025 to better coordinate its growing portfolio across manufacturing, agro-processing, hospitality, fuel, steel and construction materials.
